8 d\u00e9cembre, nous avons suivi la <strong>Formation M\u00e9dicale Oc\u00e9anique<\/strong> (FMO) dispens\u00e9e par MEDIDISTANCE et dirig\u00e9e par le Docteur Vincent DELIRE (m\u00e9decin r\u00e9animateur form\u00e9 aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la &nbsp;M\u00e9decine Maritime, participant au secours h\u00e9liport\u00e9 de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Civile et pr\u00e9sident de M\u00e9didistance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3576d39b061fd8d2dfaf793500a78773\" style=\"font-size:17px\">L&rsquo;objectif de cette formation (obligatoire pour notre projet) est de devenir a<strong>utonome face aux probl\u00e8mes m\u00e9dicaux<\/strong> que l\u2019on pourrait rencontrer lors de notre p\u00e9riple transatlantique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-91ab039e0b2346395242c842d766010c\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Au programme<\/strong> : 5 cours th\u00e9oriques en ligne + 2 jours de formation pratique que nous avons fait ce week-end \u00e0 la base nautique du GSE voile au lac de Laffrey !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9vision des gestes de premiers secours avec une partie sp\u00e9cifique sur les secours en mer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire un bilan efficace de la situation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestion des intoxications, des allergies et des accidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9sinfection et pansement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectuer une anesth\u00e9sie locale, recoudre, agrafer et coller une plaie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piq\u00fbres d\u2019adr\u00e9naline et d&rsquo;antibiotique intramusculaire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9animation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confection d\u2019attelle et gestion des fractures et luxations, &#8230;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-76b3ec99455d80dc4e7d818db1e813e9\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Cette formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 incroyablement enrichissante avec beaucoup de pratique. <strong>Etre bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 est essentiel pour effectuer notre long p\u00e9riple en toute
